The new production line employs high-precision vision-guided robots and a closed-loop force-control system, ensuring uniform and consistent crimping pressure between the flexible tubing and rigid connectors, while simultaneously performing 100% online leak‑tightness inspection. Data show that this automated system increases per‑unit output by more than fourfold, maintains a first‑pass yield above 99.6%, and reduces human intervention in the cleanroom by approximately 80%, thereby significantly lowering the risk of bioburden.
