Overview

This machine is suitable for processing medical devices (needles, syringes), traditional Chinese and Western medicines, electronic components, chemical products, food, and sensitive, contamination‑prone items. It can simultaneously perform all steps of the process: alignment‑based heating of plastic sheets, simultaneous negative‑pressure and positive‑pressure forming, product filling, plate‑type mesh sealing, batch‑number printing, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and finished‑product conveying.

Features of this machine

This machine features PLC‑based programmable control and a human–machine interface, making it a highly automated mechatronic product. It complies with GMP standards and can serve as a replacement for comparable imported models. The traction system is driven by stepper or servo motors and chain‑type clamps, with an adjustable stroke; it is equipped with automatic register alignment to ensure precise positioning of the packaging pattern. The positions of printing and creasing are freely adjustable, and mold‑pin indexing enables quick and convenient die changes.
Note: Can be equipped with an automatic registration printing unit.
